Obtaining a visa for Latvia can be difficult. The Latvia Consulate General in Umeå, Sweden is the first Latvia Consulate to provide visa services in Sweden. They offer routine and emergency visas to Latvia, submitting applications of those who have been in Sweden for more than 3 months or have Sweden nationality.
